We offer free standard ground shipping within Canada for orders $50 or over before taxes with exceptions to remote regions. For orders under $50, we charge a flat shipping fee of only $8.95. Express shipping option is available for additional surcharge.

Remote regions in the Northern Territories, are excluded from our free standard shipping. Additional shipping surcharge may apply.

If you are not happy with your purchase or change your mind, you can simply return the product and get a refund within 30 days of your purchase.

Upon the inspection of the returned product, a refund will be issued minus the shipping cost if the product is new and unused. If the product is used, an additional restocking fee may apply depending on the condition of the returned product.

Please note we cannot accept the return of opened and used personal care items, such as headphones, PPE products, etc. Items sold on clearance are final sale, and no return will be accepted.
