Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are either displayed on the product page or calculated at checkout.Shipments to the 48 contiguous states are delivered via FedEx Ground, UPS, or other standard domestic carriers.

Certain manufacturers impose mandatory shipping charges, which will be clearly indicated on the product page or during checkout.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A valid street address is required for all deliveries.

Large Item Deliveries

Some oversized or heavy products require shipment through third-party freight carriers. The delivery service will contact you 1 to 5 days before delivery to arrange a suitable time. A signature upon delivery is required.

Please add any relevant delivery notes (such as access limitations, narrow roads, stairs, etc.) in the “Special Notes” field during checkout. Additional fees may apply for deliveries with special requirements, and you will be provided a quote if necessary.

Shipping Outside the Contiguous U.S.

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

For orders shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico, customers must set up a freight forwarding service with a U.S. address. Once the item reaches the freight forwarder, ownership and shipping responsibility pass to the customer.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

Order Cancellations and Return Shipping

If an order is canceled after it has been processed or shipped, the customer is liable for all round-trip shipping costs, even if the original shipment was free.

Handling and Delivery Timeline

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Estimated delivery within the 48 contiguous states typically takes 5 to 7 business days, excluding holidays.

Tracking Your Order

After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email including a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Items purchased may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided they are in new, unused condition with original packaging and all accessories included.

Before initiating a return, contact us with the order number and reason for the return. A return shipping label will be issued for sending the item back.

Conditions

Items that are used, missing original packaging, or not in resalable condition are ineligible for a refund.

Disassembling or altering any item will void the warranty and return eligibility.

Unopened, brand-new products may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Defective and Incorrect Products

Defective products may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The entire product, including manuals, accessories, and original packaging, must be returned. A prepaid return shipping label will be provided to cover return shipping costs.

If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged during shipment, contact customer care immediately before returning the item. Do not attempt to repair any product unless authorized in writing by us or the manufacturer.

Upon delivery, inspect packages for visible damage before signing. If damage is apparent, reject the shipment, ensure the driver notes the damage, and contact customer care. For damage discovered after delivery, promptly photograph the item and packaging, then contact customer care.

Warranty is void if serial tags, product stickers, manufacturer seals, or receiving numbers have been removed, altered, or tampered with. Warranty does not cover damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or defacing.

Refunds & Shipping Costs

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. All outbound shipping charges collected at checkout are non-refundable. This includes mandatory shipping fees set by manufacturers, upgraded shipping services (such as expedited, express), and any services included with delivery.

If the order qualified for free shipping, outbound shipping costs related to the return will be deducted from the refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Returns arriving with postage due will be refused and sent back to the sender.

Restocking & Return Shipping Fees

A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns unless items are returned for store credit, in which case the restocking fee is waived.

Processing Time

Allow up to 14 days from receipt of returned items for refunds to be processed. Refunds will include the purchase price and tax, less shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees.
