Delivery of in-stock purchases will take place 7-14 business days following your purchase. homePLUS makes every effort to accommodate delivery requests, however, we’re not always able to schedule our routes based on customer preferences and can’t guarantee specific dates or times. Please make sure that our team has a clear path free of obstructions to move your new furniture into your home. During the winter months please clear any walkways or driveways of snow, ice, and mud. If our team determines that they cannot safely deliver your product, your delivery will be rescheduled for a later date. If there are pets in your home, please secure them in another room. You will typically be notified of your delivery date and time via text message, email and automated call 3-5 days before your delivery is set to take place. Certain circumstance may cause that timeframe to increase or decrease. You’ll be provided with a 3 hour window for delivery. Our delivery team will also notify you when they are on their way. Deliveries must be confirmed by 8am the day before your delivery in order for our team to prepare and load your merchandise. Unconfirmed deliveries will be rescheduled to a later date.
