We are open from 9am to 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday. These are our standard business hours and orders will not be actioned outside of these hours.

Click & Collect

Where items are physically in stock at our shop in Sittingbourne, we aim to have them ready for you to collect within a few hours, and always on the day of order.

Where items are in stock at one of our suppliers warehouse facilities, we aim to have them ready for you to collect within 2 working days of order.

Some items may not be immediately available, and when this is the case, we will advise you immediately.

Delivery By Courier

Where items are physically in stock at our shop in Sittingbourne, we aim to dispatch to you with our courier by the end of the following working day.

Where items are in stock at one of our suppliers warehouse facilities, we aim to dispatch to you by the end of the 2nd working day following your order.

Some items may not be immediately available, and when this is the case, we will advise you immediately.

We use Royal Mail's 48 hour and DPD's Next Day services, with deliveries taking place Monday to Friday.

We want you to be sure that you're happy with your purchase, so we accept returns for 30 days from when you receive them, and we don't charge you for returning goods. All you have to pay is the shipping in both directions.

We are happy for you to try goods on in your own home, but all tags must be present and must not have been worn outdoors.

Any goods which are returned must be in their original packaging with no damage to the goods or the packaging.

Very simply, if they are not returned in a re-sellable condition, we will not accept their return.

If you do wish to return any item, you will be liable for all shipping / postage costs.

In the event of a warranty claim, Ryder Motorcycles shall not be liable for any shipping / postage costs to return the item/s. This may include postage / shipping costs between Ryder Motorcycles and the manufacturer / distributor / representative.

In the event of a warranty claim, Ryder Motorcycles shall follow the decision of the manufacturer or their distributor / representative.

All returns must be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

We are not able to accept returns after 30 days from date of receipt of goods.

We are unable to accept returns on specially manufactured, modified or procured / bought in goods.
