Eligibility:

•Returns are accepted for items purchased from our online store, items can be returned in-store or online. In-store purchases must be returned in store only.

•The item must be in its original condition, unworn, undamaged, and with all original tags attached.

•Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for return unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Timeframe:

•You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving your order to initiate a return.

•Please notify us of your intention to return within this timeframe by contacting our customer support team via email to whitney@porchboutique.com. Make sure to include your order number, item details, and the reason for the return.

Return Process:

•Upon receiving your return request, our customer support team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

•Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any additional accessories, and affix the RA number clearly on the outside of the package.

•We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return the item, as we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit.

•Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in point 1.

Refund Options:

•If the returned item is deemed eligible, you can choose between a refund or store credit for the original purchase amount, excluding any shipping charges.

•Refunds will be issued using the original payment method, and store credits will be provided in the form of a unique code to be used for future purchases.

Return Shipping Costs:

•Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item sent by us.

•In case of a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will provide a prepaid shipping label for your return.

Non-Returnable Items:

•The following items are non-returnable:

•Undergarments, swimwear, and intimate apparel

•Clearance or final sale items (items with a discount of greater than thirty percent)

Exchange Policy:

•We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the guidelines mentioned above, and then place a new order for the desired item.
