Refund policy Vaikobi are committed to creating high quality water sports garments. We want our fellow ocean addicts to be 100% happy with their gear. If something is not quite right, here is how to return a Vaikobi product… Goods should be returned to the place of purchase. They must not have been used, washed, or damaged in any way. Returning an online order: If you purchased your item from   www.vaikobi.com , you can request a return within   6 weeks of receiving your order . You’ll just need your   order number , which can be found in your order confirmation email or on the delivery packaging. We’re happy to offer a refund, exchange, or store credit as long as the item is returned in   unused, not damaged and in fully resellable condition . Items that do not meet this condition may not be eligible for return. Sale or Outlet items are not eligible for a refund , however, in some cases they may be exchanged or returned for store credit (including all Black Friday orders).
