We generally aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days from the day the order is received. There may be

exceptions for larger orders or if a product is e.g. pending stock - in which case we will aim to inform of this by

email.

The shipping lead times differ depending on the priority selected. We ship all orders via our FedEx account, either

using FedEx

International Priority or FedEx International Economy. We do not offer shipment on other accounts or with other

carriers. The lead times listed next to each shipment option are based

on historical averages from previous shipments and should be seen purely as indicative. They do not reflect

guaranteed shipping lead times as this is beyond our control. Shipping lead times can differ due to e.g.

operational delays in the shipping process or delays caused by customs clearance processes. You can always contact

us if any questions on this.

We do not offer shipping charge refunds based on shipping delays as the shipping charge is linked to the type of

shipment option we use, not a guaranteed delivery date.

Note that we ship with CPT incoterms. As such, duties/VAT/taxes may be applied during the import process for

countries outside EU.

If the shipment is returned to us (e.g. if FedEx was unable to deliver at the address specified or due to failure to

pay import duties on-time), please note that a 150 EUR return fee will be charged from our side to attempt to ship

the

order again.

According to Danish law you are able to cancel the order up to 14 days after you have received the order, assuming the product has not been put to use. If you want to cancel an order you should contact CSS Electronics on contact@csselectronics.com within 14 days after the order has been received.

When you cancel the order, you should ship the order back to us no later than 14 days after you have contacted us regarding the cancellation. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. We will refund the paid amount excluding shipping cost when we have received the returned order. The paid amount is refunded using the method used during checkout.

Note that if you're purchasing the J1939 DBC file, this is a digital product and you're therefore waiving the 14 day return right upon purchase.

Any orders should be returned in the original packaging and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the returned order is safely packaged for shipping. When returning an order, the return shipment is the responsibility of the customer - please make sure to keep any shipping receipt and tracking number.

Please also ensure the return is marked as a return to avoid duties. The condition of the returned order is considered when refunding the paid amount (if the order has been damaged, the refund of the paid amount will be reduced according to the damages to the order).
