•All hand-crafted pieces require 10 business days for the creation of your item/s. Once your order has been shipped, allow an additional 3 business days for delivery.

•For non-custom pieces please allow 5 business days for delivery from purchase.

•All shipments are insured.

•Signature is required upon delivery.

•If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

•We ship to address provided at checkout.

•Items ordered together may not always ship together.

We at Clés & Co. are ecstatic to be your jeweller and we are dedicated to delivering quality pieces to distinguish your individuality. We stand by the quality of our product and your satisfaction is of upmost importance. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase on any non-customised item, you may return your item within 90 days based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

•Returns or exchanges are permitted within 90 days from when you receive the item/s.

•Your refund will be processed 10 business days of being received, subject to inspection. Your financial institution may take additional time to transfer funds back into your account.

•Refunds made to the same method of customer purchase.

•Returned jewellery needs to be in its original saleable condition, accompanied with gift boxes and velvet pouches, and not show any sign of wear, damage, or alteration.

•Returns or exchanges not allowed on customised jewellery, grills, and engraved items.

•We require that returned items are insured during delivery. We will refund the postage amount inclusive. We are not responsible for any damaged or lost goods during return shipping.
