📦 Shipping Coverage

•We currently ship within the United States only.

•Tracking information will be sent to your email as soon as it becomes available.

⏱ Processing Time vs. Shipping Time

Processing Time: 1 business days (order verification, inspection, packing, and dispatch).

Shipping Time: Transit time once the carrier has picked up your order.

➡️ Please note: Processing and shipping times are separate. The total delivery time includes both. On average, orders are completed within 2–5 business days (processing + shipping).

During holidays, promotional periods, or high-demand seasons, both processing and shipping may take slightly longer.

⚠️ Delays

Most orders arrive within the expected timeframe. However, delays may occasionally occur due to:

•Carrier issues

•Severe weather

•Seasonal or promotional peak periods

If tracking shows no updates for more than 30 business days, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement shipment at no extra cost.

❌ Order Cancellation

•Orders can be cancelled only before processing begins.

•Processing generally starts within 1–2 business days after your order is placed (includes verification, packing, and transfer to the carrier).

•Once processing or shipping has started, we are unfortunately unable to cancel the order.

If your cancellation request is approved before processing begins, your payment will be refunded. Please note that a payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per order) will be deducted from your refund.

👉 This fee is not imposed by CarGlade , but rather charged by the credit card company or payment processor at the time your payment is authorized.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, and personal care goods such as beauty products. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Currently, CarGlade ships within the United States only. Therefore, the EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
