All orders are processed within 0 to 1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All our orders are shipped with Royal Mail, Evri, ParcelForce, DHL or Fedex. This entirely depends on what item you order and the most suitable time frame. Our cut off time is at 1pm UK time.

Our shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. Below, you will find three different shipping options: Express, Next Day, and Standard. Oversized and Large Orders

Please note: For larger or oversized items, shipping weight may be calculated using volumetric weight rather than the item’s actual physical weight. Volumetric weight is based on the overall dimensions of the packaged item and is used by couriers to determine the space it occupies during transport. **

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at contact@gymsets.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We offer a 30 day return and refund option on all products return policy page .

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@gymsets.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Refund Eligibility:Refunds are only applicable if the product is found to be missing, damaged, or broken upon arrival and we are unable to provide replacements.

Issues arising from use after delivery do not qualify for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If there is no damage to the item, you can still return it. However a transaction and handling fee will be charged (more info on this below).

Once your return is accepted, you will need to send us a return label with tracking, using your courier of choice. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Terms & Conditions:

Please note that original shipping costs will not be refunded for any returned items, unless the shipping fee was reduced due to a promotion or discount code. In such cases, the full shipping fee will be refunded, regardless of the discount applied.

Return Fees:

All returns are subject to a 10% return fee at a minimum of £20.

This fee contributes towards the costs associated with return shipping.

Transaction Fees:

Depending on your payment method, a transaction fee will be deducted from your refund. These fees reflect the charges that we incur from each payment provider:

Debit/Credit Card Payments: 2% + £0.20

PayPal Payments: 3% + £0.30

Klarna Payments: 6% + £0.30

Clearpay Payments: 7.2% + £0.30

These fees are non-refundable as they are costs directly imposed on us by the respective payment processors.

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

*Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
