O rders are typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of receipt, & are primarily shipped via UPS or the US Postal Service (USPS). Transit time for all shipping methods do not include weekends or major holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated & displayed during the checkout process. The exact rate is determined by UPS or USPS according to the total weight of your order & the method used to ship your order. All orders are subject to a $2.00 handling fee which is included in the shipping charge.

Shipping Options

In general, most in-stock items are ready to ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days from the time your order is placed. Transit times are listed below in a chart outlining the various domestic shipping options. Please note that the timelines given are estimates & vary by order destination. Sundays & Federal Holidays may affect transit times as well. Hardwick & Sons is not responsible for delays caused by UPS or USPS.

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Please note that UPS does not ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Because of this, we are only able to ship to a P.O. Box or APO/FPO address if you select a USPS service as your shipping method. If you select a UPS option, your order will be delayed as we attempt to contact you to obtain a physical street address.

T he staff at Hardwick & Sons strives to provide you with an enjoyable shopping experience by committing to a diverse & plentiful product line & excellent customer service. We understand that in various circumstances, you may wish to return an item. The following information describes our online return policy. Placement of an order is an agreement to abide by this policy.

Return Policy

If the item is un-used, has its original packaging & accessories, & is in re-saleable condition, Hardwick & Sons will issue a refund within 45 days of purchase. If the item has been removed from its packaging & is un-used, a restocking fee of 15% will be deducted from the refund. We do not accept returns after 45 days of shipment of your initial order, with the exception of manufacturer’s defects (See manufacturer defects below). We only process returns on those items that have been purchased directly from our website. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. The original shipping charge (if any) is not refunded when returning items.

Hardwick’s reserves the right to refuse returns & deny refunds for those items that have been misused or abused by the customer & we will not replace items that have experienced wear & tear by the customer. Returns that have been damaged while in transit due to improper packing by the customer will be the customer’s responsibility & will not be refunded.

Manufacturer’s Defects

In unusual circumstances, a product may contain a manufacturer’s defect. We apologize for this inconvenience. After inspecting the item & verifying the defect, we will gladly replace the item or issue a full refund within six months of shipment of your initial order. If you find a manufacturer’s defect after this six-month time period, you must deal directly with the manufacturer.

Power Tools

Our return policy does not guarantee power tools, which are subject to the manufacturer’s warranties, etc. Returns of these products require pre-approval from Hardwick & Sons, & will be attended to on a case-by-case basis. A returned power tool may be subject to a 5% restocking fee per power tool if approved. Customer pays return shipping charges.

Refunds

Upon receipt of your return, Hardwick & Sons will determine the nature of your refund. If your return meets the standards described in the above policy. we will gladly issue you a refund.

Please note that Hardwick & Sons will not charge for the shipping label fee to return item(s) in the following cases:

•The order resulted in an error made by Hardwick & Sons

•The item contained a manufacturer’s defect

•The initial order was damaged in transit due to improper packing by Hardwick & Sons

Please send us an email at service@ehardwicks.com & let us know which item(s) you would like to return & why. Do not return a item to us without authorization.

After reviewing your request, we will send you confirmation if the items are acceptable for return.

Please package your return carefully! Any merchandise that is incomplete or damaged in return shipment is not eligible for refund.

Affix a label/ Write on the front of the box our return address which is: Hardwick and Sons, Inc. 3820 E Mullan Ave Post Falls, ID 83854.

Depending on your return label, take the package to a UPS shipping location or your local post office.

Do not return any item(s) to us without authorization

Once we receive your package, we will contact you via email with further information regarding your refund.
