REFUND POLICY We really hope you love every Skinnydip purchase you make! However if you decide you want to return an item, you can do this within 30 days of receipt using our UK returns service. Your item(s) must be unopened, unused and in its original condition. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if items are non-saleable. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns on pierced jewellery and cacti. If you wish to return swimwear, please do not remove the original wrapping for hygiene reasons – we will not accept returns if this has been removed. Gift Cards are also a non-returnable item. To return your items, please head to the Royal mail website here & process your return using the online portal. You can then use the provided QR code to post your return back to us at your local Post Office. If you have any issues, please contact us at mail@skinnydiplondon.com with your name and order number and a member of our customer service team will advise you further.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 working days. All returns are charged at £2.99 unless your item is faulty & you have been issued with a faulty code from our customer service team.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
