1. Processing Time

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days after receiving them. Orders are processed and shipped on business days only.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During sale events and festive periods, processing may take 5–7 business days.

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order. An incorrect or incomplete address may cause delays or prevent delivery.

2. Shipping Fees and Free Shipping

Free shipping is available on Singapore orders over S$80.

For all other orders, shipping fees are based on order weight and destination. The applicable shipping fee will be calculated and shown automatically at checkout.

3. International Shipping

We currently ship internationally to Malaysia, Indonesia and the United States.

International shipping fees are based on order weight and destination and will be shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send a tracking email to the email address provided with your order.

Tracking information may take some time to update after the courier receives your package.

5. Delivery Issues

Orders are delivered by third-party courier services. If your order is delayed, lost or damaged during delivery, contact us at info@lumberjungle.com or submit our contact form .

We will review the delivery information and assist you with the courier where appropriate.

6. Delivery to Multiple Addresses

Each order can be delivered to only one address. If you would like to send items to different addresses, please place a separate order for each delivery address.

7. Pre-orders

The estimated arrival date for a pre-order item will be stated in its product description.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched only after all items are available.

To receive in-stock items earlier, please place pre-order and in-stock items in separate orders.

8. Express Shipping and Local Pickup

We do not currently offer express shipping or local pickup.

9. Faulty Products

All products are non-returnable. If you receive a faulty product, contact us at info@lumberjungle.com or submit our contact form . We will respond within 24 hours and may request photos or videos to verify the fault.

Once approved, the faulty product may be exchanged for the same product. If the replacement is out of stock, we will refund the original amount paid for the faulty product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 working days.
