Refund Policy

We hope you love your order from Toys at Foys. If you would like to return an item, we are happy to offer you a refund or an exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. The item(s) must be in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact. It is our policy to return goods to the purchaser if we suspect that any item(s) have been used, soiled, or damaged.

We do not offer free returns, however if you wish to return an item to us, you can book an return online with Parcelconnect, through your local post office or instore.

Exchanging Goods

We are happy to exchange a product for the same product in a different size, if available pending the product being returned is new and in unused condition, and in original packaging. If a different product is requested then a new order must be completed on the website by the user.

How Do I Return My Order?

The process is simple, you choose which way suits you best! Simply send an email to sales@foys.ie,

Option 1:then book your return on AnPost to:Foy and Company,Main Street,Ballybofey,Co. Donegal,F93 C6WT.

Option 2:Return your parcel in store.

Option 3:

Bring your parcel to the local post office and organise to pay return postage. We would advise to get proof of delivery so that your can track the status of your return.

Please be aware that if you are ordering for delivery to the UK(excluding NI) that as from January 1st 2021 when the Brexit Transition period ends you may see some changes. Any returns from the UK (excluding NI) may incur costs inclduing transport costs, as well as any associated import fees or customs where applicable. These costs will be payable by the person returning the goods.

When the package you’ve returned is received, your refund will be issued and funds should reach your bank within 5 working days.
