Build Box Subscription - Pay Annually

•Domestic shipping for Creative Kits, Build Boxes, and Hack Packs is $2.95 to anywhere in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, and Military (APO, FPO, DPO) addresses.

•Shipping internationally costs us a lot more currently, so we charge a little extra. Also various taxes (including VAT) and duties may be collected upon checkout. Duties and taxes, along with other rates, vary based on your location; please see further details upon checkout.

•If your shipment arrives damaged, we’re sorry to hear that! Please call or email us at help@crunchlabs.com so we can arrange a replacement.

•If something is missing from your box (or damaged), we’ll send you a replacement at no extra charge. You can check for missing parts by looking at the first page of the instructions, which shows every item you should already have in the box to complete the project. If any parts are missing or damaged, sign in then head to the My Account selection. Find the box in question, and order replacement parts (most are free). •If you have moved or relocated, you can update your shipping address by accessing your account dashboard.

•You will receive email notification once your Creative Kit, Build Box, or Hack Pack is shipped. You can access your account dashboard for tracking details.

OVERVIEW

Subscription Creative Kits, Build Boxes, and Hack Packs (and purchases made with a bulk discount) are not eligible for returns or refunds (with the exception of EU customers*).

However, other store items can be returned for a full refund if the items are unused, undamaged, and purchased within 60 days. To initiate a return, email help@crunchlabs.com . CrunchLabs will inspect returned products upon receipt and issue refunds within 60 days to the original form of payment. Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and return packages must be in the original packaging and include the following information: customer name, order number, and reason for return.

Additional detailsWe have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at help@crunchlabs.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at help@crunchlabs.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like subscription Creative Kits, Build Boxes, and Hack Packs and purchases made with a bulk discount. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at help@crunchlabs.com .*EU WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS: To comply with new rules regarding withdrawals.
