Our processing time is 5-7 business days . Meaning, after you place your order, it will take 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday) for us to process your order. This time period does not include the shipping time. Shipping time varies by location.

You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Packages that are shipped internationally are subject to custom charges. Y ou are responsible for paying all customs and import fees. Failure to pay for your package will result in it being returned to us. In this case, you will only receive a refund for the merchandise, not the shipping or handling charges.

Time-frames for expected delivery posted on our website are estimates provided by the postal service. They are not guaranteed. Reimbursement will not be provided for delayed packages.

We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return postage is to be paid for by the customer. You can always contact us for any return question at winkyswhimsies@gmail.com .

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable for returned packages. You will be refunded for the cost of the merchandise only.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 48 hours from the delivery of your package to receive a refund or replacement for a defective item.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like mystery scoops, plush toys, any products removed from their original packaging. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges We do not currently accept exchanges for items.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Return postage is to be paid by the customer. Cancelled international orders are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee of the order total. This fee will be deducted from your refund regardless of your reason for cancellation.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at winkyswhimsies@gmail.com.

Please note: All order cancellations and returns are subjected to a 10% cancellation fee. 10% of your order total will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged Item Policy

If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately and provide a photo of the entire package and the item as it was received. We will offer either a refund or a replacement. To receive a refund/replacement we must be contacted within 48 hours of the delivery date.

We do not send replacements to international orders. You will receive a refund for the damaged item instead.

We will not send replacements for items that break after 48 hours from the delivery date. However, if an item breaks within 7 days, we will offer a store credit for that item. You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item in order to receive store credit. This policy is only applicable to Fidget/ Sensory toy items.

If an item breaks after this time period, we are not responsible and will not issue a refund or a replacement. Stress toys are subject to breaking and will not last forever. Squeezing an item harshly, improper storage, or direct sunlight can cause a stress ball to break prematurely. Do not squeeze a product with your nails. It will break.
