1. Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During peak times or holidays, processing may take up to 5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates:

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and size of your order. Various shipping options are available, and the rates will be displayed once you provide your shipping address.

3. Shipping Destinations:

We ship worldwide, with the exception of Africa. If you're located outside of Africa, we are happy to deliver to your country. If you're unsure whether we ship to your location, feel free to contact us for confirmation.

4. Estimated Delivery Times:

Worldwide Shipping: Estimated delivery times range from 7 to 15 business days, depending on the destination.

USA, Canada, UK, Australia: Estimated delivery times are generally 7 to 12 business days.

Please note that these are estimates, and delivery times may vary depending on shipping carrier, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control.

5. Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through the carrier’s website for real-time updates.

6. Delivery Delays:

While we strive to meet delivery timeframes, unexpected delays due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues may occur. We appreciate your patience and will notify you of any significant delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll work with you to either send a replacement or issue a refund.

We are not responsible for items not received due to the incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@toastycuddles.com. Please note that returns must be sent to the address we provide, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@toastycuddles.com

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Unfortunately, we cannot accept refunds on sale items or gift cards.
