BlessMyBucket.com offers a 30-day hassle-free and easy return policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

All returns are eligible to return within 30 days of the delivery date. Please read all conditions before returning the item. BlessMyBucket.com reserves the right to refuse returns or charge a minimum of 15% of the restocking fee. All returns must be in original packaging with all accessories and must not be used. Returning items back in original packaging along with all documents is a must. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive the instructions to return via email. After initiating a return request, you must return your item within 5 days, or else your return would be voided and you would not be eligible to open another return request. All returned items must be in the same condition and should be packed in original packaging with all included accessories. If the condition differs or the items are incomplete, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15%. Claims for damaged or missing items must be received within two business days of receipt of your order. To authenticate, pictures are required.

All working returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items are verified with serial numbers. If you returned a different item, we reserve rights to cancel your return and not initiate a refund.

Exchange or Replacement

Based on our customer’s needs and our policies, our team can exchange or replace your order. The replacement and exchange process takes up to 5 business days.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we initiate a refund within 48 hours. Please allow 4-6 business days to process the refund back to your credit card or bank.

We refund the original order value only; shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.
