We ship orders Monday through Friday following a processing period. Order processing takes 1-4 full business days based on current order volume. Items available for pre-order will take extra time to fulfill and will ship when available.

Once a shipping label has been created, packages are typically picked up by the carrier the next business day. Please note all freight carriers are experiencing periodic weather and system delays. Please allow extra transit time for shipments. ACM is not responsible for carrier delays or associated costs .

Shipping on Gourmet Popcorn: Premade gourmet popcorn is shipped separately from an outside vendor at the cost of $5 per item.

Minimum Order Requirement

We have a $15 total minimum order requirement including shipping ($3.65 product minimum plus shipping).

Heavy & Oversized Items

Certain items in our store will ship for higher than our freight chart rates due to their size or weight. We may contact you if more shipping is required.

California Shipping

Due to California's Proposition 65, we only ship items that have been identified as Prop 65 compliant to California.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available at our store in St. Louis. You will receive a notification when your order is ready to pick up. Note: most pickup orders require at least 24 hours to be processed. If you need your order same day, please call to make sure we can accommodate your time frame.

International & Overseas Shipping

Sorry, we are currently unable to ship international as we re-evaluate the cost of shipping.

RUSH Shipments

If you need your order RUSHED to you, contact us by phone 314-991-6818 or 800-991-6818 to discuss your needs. Additional rush charges will apply. We will provide you with a quote for approval prior to shipping.

Shipping to APO/PO Boxes

We ship by Priority Mail or ShipItAPO to APO/FPO and U.S. Possessions. You will be quoted based on our cost plus applicable insurance and a handling fee of $5 per package.

COD Shipments

We do not ship COD.

Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are unsatisfied.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, in its original packaging. Return shipping cost is your responsibility unless it was our error.To start a return, you can contact us by phone at 1-800-991-6818 or by email at info@funcarnival.com .If your return is authorized, we will provide you with instructions for sending your items back to us. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food and candy) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds You will be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and approve your return. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@funcarnival.com.
