Delivery Policy and Cost

* Free delivery is not available on any balloon delivery.

All orders are sent via Australian Post or Mail Call depending on delivery location.The minimum transit time for standard delivery is different for each state.

We do our best to ensure all orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner, however delivery times are not guaranteed and are an indication only.

We offer delivery Australia wide but not internationally.

Typically parcels are delivered during business hours so if you are not expecting to be home during these hours, we suggest you to provide your work address as the delivery address.

In case, you are not at home to receive your parcel, a note will be left in your mailbox for you to collect your parcel from local post office.

For all orders under 2.5 kg we offer a flat rate delivery charge of $10.99. Orders over 1.5kg may incur additional delivery charges.

Return policy Item(s) need to be returned within 3 days of purchase; unworn and unused with the original tags still attached; and in the original packaging which must be in the original condition (The costume packaging and branded show box are as important as the costumes themselves. We can only accept items back for a return if they are sent in their original packaging). . You can choose between a refund or store credit. Please note that refund amount applies to product(s) purchased only, any shipping costs are not refunded. If you have received a damaged or fault product, we are happy to fix it up for you as quickly as possible. Please contact our Customer Service Team so we can send you a replacement item right away and make arrangements to get the faulty product back to us. We will not accept return of products with any make-up marks, fake tan marks or other forms of body make-up transferred onto the product. This includes products which have been tainted by body odours, body lotions, fragrances, deodorants or perfumes.
