Orders placed before 1:00 p.m. ET typically ship the same business day from our California warehouse. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ET, on weekends, or on holidays typically ship the next business day.

If you decide to return the light for any reason, you can receive a full cash refund if you return the light undamaged in its original packaging within the first 30 days. Returns that are damaged, or come without the original packaging or missing parts will be accepted in exchange for store credit. For returns due to manufacturer defect, please refer to our limited warranty information:

5-year warranty: LUX LED Lighting provides a limited warranty that coveres manufacturer's defects for 5 years after the original purchase directly from our website. If your light does not work properly or the LED's fail, we will repair or replace your product for free. This does not cover any accidental damage or abuse the light may endure through normal wear and tear (water damage, staining, scratches, bending or cracking due to falling, or any damage to plugs).
