La Boucle offers free shipping with a minimum for all delivery in Europe (Schengen zone).Delivery is free outside Europe from 2 belts.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. La Boucle will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but cannot be responsible for delays such as a result of remote delivery locations. If your order needs to be shipped outside Europe, you will be responsible for paying eventual additional charges for taxes or customs clearance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for further information. We handle all orders placed from Monday to Friday before 11 a.m. (CET) on the same day. If you place your order on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the first business day after that. In case you wish to cancel your order but the order has already been dispatched, you are required to receive it. The cancellation is not valid until it has been confirmed by La Boucle by email. If a product has been discontinued or is out of stock, La Boucle has the right to cancel the purchase and refund the paid amount to the customer.

Return - Exchange

From the day you receive your order, you have the right to return your purchase within 14-days, without stating a specific reason. All items returned within this trial period must be in the exact same condition in which they were received. The returned products must be unworn and in their original packaging. They will be carefully examined once received, before La Boucle decides to proceed to any refund or exchange. However, if you wish to return the order, the shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend you to choose a secured shipment method, as you are responsible for the risk of transporting the goods to La Boucle. Registering

For warranty register, the belt must be registered within 52 weeks after the purchase by sending an e-mail at hello@laboucle.com.Please specify:1. Your name2. How, or by which means did you purchase your belt3. Proof of payment4. Your unique 6-digit serial number (you will find it on the certificate issued by the Italian Vegetable tanned leather Consortium in La Boucle’s packaging).

Repairs

Please note, your guarantee does not cover:1. Failure or damage resulting from improper use, lack of care, or accidents (i.e. knocks, dents, crushing, broken buckle, stitching issues, etc.).2. Aesthetic changes resulting from normal wear, tear and ageing (i.e. scratched buckle, alteration of the colour).3. La Boucle belts serviced by non-certified repair staff.4. Water damage if care instructions for the product’s water-resistance level were not followed. La Boucle is water-friendly but not Water resistance, it means that it doesn't resist showers and/or swimming. Excessive contact with water may cause damage to La Boucle Belt.5. Products that are not purchased from an authorised La Boucle retailer.From then on, you can proceed to send an email to hello@laboucle.com with whichever issue you want to report to our support.Once you have an official guarantee confirmation sent out, you can deliver your belt to us, together with your unique 6-digit serial number; and you will be asked to pay any shipping charges for warranty repairs.

What if my belt breaks by accident?If La Boucle is damaged in a manner not covered by our warranty terms, please email our support team (hello@laboucle.com and arrange an out-of-warranty repair for a reasonable fee.As sustainability is in our DNA, it's very important for us to get them repaired as much as possible, instead of having to buy a new one.
