Weekday orders placed before 12pm PDT will ship out same day & orders placed after 12pm PDT will ship out the following day. Orders placed after 12pm PDT on Friday and weekend orders will ship out first thing Monday morning. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You will receive an order confirmation once order is placed and another once your items are shipped. Once shipped, items will arrive within 1-5 business days.
FREE in-store pickup always! Place your order online and pick it up in store during normal business hours. When your order is ready, you will receive a notification for pickup!
*Local same day delivery available on eligible orders. Deliveries will go out same day if placed before 12pm. If placed after, deliveries will go out the following day. Weekend deliveries & deliveries placed after 12pm Friday will be delivered the following Monday*

Returns & Exchanges:
We allow returns or exchanges up to 14 days after you receive your items. Returns will require a $8 restocking fee deducted from your refund amount. Once 14 days have passed, we can no longer offer refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it along with a proof of purchase.Please email us at sublimeclothingboutique @gmail.com to start the return/exchange process.

Returns & Refunds:
Once you have notified us to start the return process we will send you a pre-paid shipping label to ship your item(s) back. A flat rate of $8 will be deducted from your refund amount as a restocking fee.
*If you choose to purchase your own return label, the $8 restocking fee will NOT be deducted from your refund amount*
Once your return is received, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and you will be refunded in the form of your original payment, processing can take up to 2-3 business days.
Exchanges:
We are happy to replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you wish to exchange for another color, size, or item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
