Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.

Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods, promotions, or product launches.

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once processing has begun.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates

We ship using standard shipping methods within the United States.

Delivery time estimates provided at checkout begin after order processing and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may require additional shipping fees to be reshipped.

We are not responsible for packages delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.

Delays caused by the carrier do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or chargebacks.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents.

Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Shipping fees will not be refunded for delayed delivery or refused packages.

Shipping Location

We currently ship within the United States only.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Returns

We accept returns only for unopened, unused, and sealed products.

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resellable condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Refunds are issued at our sole discretion after eligibility is confirmed.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Subscriptions may be modified or canceled at any time before the next scheduled order ships.

Customers are responsible for managing subscription settings prior to each renewal.

Once a subscription order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
