International Shipping:

Mac's Boutique does not pay any customs, taxes or duties on international orders. Some countries may or may not charge a fee for your order entering the country. Please be aware though that it can happen from time to time and we do not pay these fees. Please contact your customs office for charges and rates on packages coming from outside of your country. Free shipping is not available on any international orders. Once the package leaves the United States it is no longer trackable and we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages, or any fees or taxes due on your package.

Defective or Damaged Merchandise:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Mac's Boutique is not responsible for damaged or defective items past our 30 day return policy. If you have received a damaged or defective item please visit our returns policy to begin your return or exchange. If you want to exchange for the same item, you will be presented with this option if that item is still in stock or you may return the item for store credit. On your return notes please include what is wrong with the item so that we can process your return as efficiently and effectively as possible.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

Shipments lost or misdirected in transit to the destination will be reshipped to the customer once it has been determined the original shipment cannot be delivered. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or replacing shipments for packages show as delivered. We will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the US Postal Service to file a claim. We will work with customers to replace packages after sending us a copy of their filed police report. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at support@macsonlineboutique.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 154 Royal, IA 51357If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
