Hey there, welcome to our webshop! We're so excited to get our awesome products to you as quickly as possible. Here's a quick rundown of our shipping policy to make sure you know what to expect:

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We'll send you a confirmation email once your order is on its way!

Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping within the EU can take anywhere from 3-7 business days. We'll do our best to get your order to you as soon as we can, but please keep in mind that shipping times may be affected by holidays or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Cost: The shipping cost for your order will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your package, as well as your location.

Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can keep an eye on its journey to your doorstep.

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve the issue.

International Shipping: Currently, we ship within the EU and the rest of the world. However, we do not perform VAT handling outside of EU and Norway.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Aquafigure is not responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at hello@aquafigure.com.
