Regularly priced merchandise may be exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase with an original (or gift) receipt. Item must be in unused & unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags or receipt will not be accepted. We do not offer price adjustments.

Online Order Return Policy

Regularly priced merchandise may be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 14 days. The first day is when Canada Post delivered or tried to deliver your package. For in-store pick ups the first day is when you received your order confirmation. Return cards are included with every shipment, if you require further assistance please email us at shop@flocboutique.com . Item must be in unused & unworn condition with tags securely attached. Any items without original tags will not be accepted. Please include your return card or order confirmation with the return package.

Customer is responsible for any shipping costs for return and we ask that you insure the package with tracking information. We will not be responsible for the cost of any lost packages. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

Sometimes items don't fit the way we want them to! We are happy to support you with selecting a different size, however we can not guarantee that the item you would like to exchange will be available in the size or colour requested. Customer is responsible for shipping costs for returning & re-shipping products.
