Some of our products are made to order. Please note these orders take longer before shipping out.

BACKORDERS

*Please be aware of backordered items* You will be alerted upon checking out if your item is on backorder along with an expected ship date. If that is the case, your shipment will be delayed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that in some cases your country may charge you duties, taxes, or import fees. We have no control over those and are not responsible for those fees. Please allow up to 21 days for your international shipment to arrive (country dependent).

We also utilize secondary made-to-order production facilities in North Carolina and other locations in the US.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

Kind Cotton is not responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. Once a package is picked up by USPS it is out of our control. But we will do our best to help! Reach out with any issues info@kindcotton.com

Exchanges Wrong size, wrong color, product defect, or simply don't like the item? If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact us about a return or exchange. We pride ourselves on keeping every customer happy and you will never be charged for an exchange. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, we may not be able to offer a refund but will work with you to find a solution :) email us at: info@kindcotton.com

Returns & Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you on your refund or exchange status. Once the refund is processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds may be subject to a small restocking fee ($5). Outbound shipping is not refunded.

Late or missing refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@kindcotton.com.

Sale items While regular priced items may be refunded, sale items generally cannot. If you are unhappy with your sale purchase just contact us. We'll work with you to figure out a solution :)

Exchanges We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged, or simply do not fit right. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@kindcotton.com
