Your delivery time frame will begin from the following working day if the order is placed after 2pm.

A signature is not currently required at the point of delivery.

CUSTOMS

‌Whilst we do everything we can to ensure customs clearance of your parcel, we advise that you check with your local customs before importing anything into your country that may be stopped or have charges applied. Vision Platform Ltd will not be liable for charges in the case of your shipment being stopped, charged for or disposed of at customs. Subject to shipping destination.

REFUNDS

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

We hope you love your purchase but if you’ve changed your mind, no problem – all returns are complimentary. Store and online purchases can be returned to any of our stores for a full refund or exchange within 28 days. If the item is new and unused, with all the labels and tags intact, and in its original packaging, you’ll get a full, no quibble refund. Unfortunately for hygiene purposes, we are unable to refund swimwear, lingerie, pet products and masks.

Return your order

By post

Return your order with the reputable postal tracking service. Take your securely packaged item to any Post Office or Postal Customer Service Point

We aim to get your money back to you as soon as you’ve returned your new, unused order item with tags, receipts. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Debit or credit card payment

Our refund will be issued to your original payment card within five days of us receiving the returned item(s). However, some payment providers can take up to 14 days to credit your account. When the return is processed, we'll send you an email confirming your refund.

Gift card or eVoucher payment

Gift card or eVoucher payments will either be returned to a gift card (for online returns). Unfortunately, we are unable to refund items lost or damaged in transit.

Paypal or Alipay payment

If you paid by PayPal and return your purchases via post or our courier service, your payment will be refunded to the same Paypal account. If you return your PayPal or Alipay purchases online we can only exchange or refund them to a gift card.

International tax, duties, charges and delivery refunds

Unfortunately, for orders shipped outside the UK, we’re unable to refund any taxes, duties, charges or delivery costs you may have paid when placing your order. You will be refunded the tax-free price of the products returned.
