Shipping Methods

Economy Ground Delivery

You can expect delivery of most items within 3-5 business days of your order.

Note: Certain items are delivered directly from the manufacturer. Heavy or oversized items are delivered to your home by local carriers. These deliveries will take 5-7 business days. You will be contacted once your order arrives in your local area to set up a delivery time.

White Glove Delivery (optional): Arcade games will be shipped by truck, and you will be contacted to make an appointment for delivery. Our two-man team will deliver item to the room of choice, unpack item and do light assembly. They will remove all trash and debris when finished. This delivery includes up to two flights of stairs. White Glove is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. White Glove delivery is optional, and additional charges can be found in the shopping cart.

SharperImage.com also offers Upgraded 2nd Day and Next Day Delivery on some products. Shipping charges for 2nd Day and Next Day are based on the item weight and the delivery address. Shipping charges are shown during the checkout process and before you place your order. Please Note: 2nd Day & Next Day delivery are not eligible for shipments to Alaska or Hawaii.

Note: All orders purchased prior to 3:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, are processed the same day at the warehouse. Orders purchased after 3:00 PM ET, will be processed the following day. FedEx does not deliver for SharperImage.com on Saturday and Sundays.

Shipping cost is calculated on the total weight of the item(s) in your shopping cart, and is based on the shipping method you select (Economy, Express Ground, 2-Day, Next Day). The actual shipping charges can be found in the shopping cart, before you begin the check out process.

APO/FPO Shipping

SharperImage.com supports our military! That's why we have partnered with ShipItAPO.com! ShipItAPO.com is an APO/FPO forwarding service, that provides a unique stateside street address that is to be used as your "Ship To" address when shopping online. Follow these simple steps to complete your purchase on SharperImage.com:

1. Sign up with ShipItAPO.com and receive your own U.S. street address to receive merchandise.2. Come back to SharperImage.com and enter this unique ShipItAPO issued address as your "Ship To" address during checkout.

If you use a package forwarding service like ShipItAPO.com to forward your order outside of the United States, then we consider their U.S. address to be the destination for your order. Our responsibility for loss or damage to your order ends once it reaches that address safely. We recommend reviewing their insurance options for APO/FPO shipments before you place your order.

Orders shipping to a PO Box must be shipped via Economy ground shipping.

SharperImage.com is not responsible for lost or stolen goods once they are shipped. SharperImage.com will not honor any claims for lost or stolen items once they are shipped and have been confirmed "delivered" by Fed Ex or UPS.

Estimated delivery dates are done as a best effort, and SharperImage.com is not responsible for any delays in delivery times once the package has been tendered to the carrier. Any communications indicating an estimated delivery date is provided using the carrier’s estimate of when a shipment will deliver at that point in time. SharperImage.com will communicate up to date information as it becomes available.

Shipping charges are determined based on the weight of each order. Shipping charges are calculated at the time of order review, before your order is placed. You will find estimated delivery time and charges in the cart in the shipping and handling drop down. Ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have a $40.00 shipping surcharge, which will be shown on the payment page during the checkout process. Air shipments to Alaska and Hawaii could have increased surcharges.

Return PolicyWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product from SharperImage.com doesn't meet your expectations, you may return it within 60 days of purchase along with the packing slip. After 60 days, please refer to the original manufacturer's warranty for any product or service issues. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, but shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Returned products must be in new, unused condition and include all original packaging, accessories, warranty cards, and manuals/instructions. Items accompanied by a gift receipt from the packing slip may be returned for an electronic gift certificate. Products that have been misused or show signs of excessive wear will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Returning a product that is not in resalable condition may result in the forfeiture of the item.Holiday Return PolicyGift purchases made between October 15, 2025 and December 25, 2025 qualify for our Holiday Return policy. Products purchased in this date range may be returned through February 28, 2026. All returns must still comply with our general return policies as outlined below.

Non-Returnable ItemsFor reasons such as consumer protection and health codes, certain products cannot be returned. SharperImage.com does not accept returns of the following items, among others. Note: Items that have been opened or used are classified as non-returnable.

Massage ChairsCustomers are responsible for all return shipping costs for massage chairs, along with a 20% restocking fee.

Pac-Man/Arcade Game ReturnsAll purchases of the Pac-Man Arcade game and other arcade games are final sale. If the unit is defective, returns must be authorized in advance by SharperImage.com Customer Service at 1-800-853-2827. Unauthorized returns, including delivery refusals, will incur a restocking fee and freight shipping charges. Refunds will be issued for the purchase price, less applicable fees and charges, to the original payment method.

Returns ProcessFor the fastest and easiest returns, please visit our self-serve online return center. Click here to get started.Here, you can review previous orders, select items to return, and print a prepaid FedEx return label through our online return center. For free returns, request a merchandise credit in the form of an e-gift card. Note: Choosing a refund to your original form of payment may result in return shipping and other applicable charges.

Receiving RefundsSharperImage.com will issue a refund once we receive and process an acceptable return. For items sent to our Returns Center, refunds may take up to 30 days to process, although they are often completed sooner.

Items Purchased by Other SellersIf you purchased a Sharper Image product from a retail store or another seller, returns or exchanges must be handled directly with the original place of purchase.
