RETURNS:

If the item delivered does not match your order or is damaged, please contact Customer Service. Our customer service team will assist you with the necessary steps to process a possible return, refund, repair or replacement.

We will ask you to send us a photos of any damage for our own records to assist in taking appropriate action. We will require you to hold the item until collection or resolution is completed, as it might be necessary to return the item to us.

To obtain a Return Authorization Number please call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-659-0790. Our business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM Central Time. Please have your order number, the item (s) number you want to return, and credit card information available when you call. These are necessary for processing a return. Customer Service will provide you with a Return Authorization Number.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: We prefer to receive returns in the original packaging. If the original package is lost or damaged, you will have to package it yourself and your return will be subject to a restocking fee. You will be responsible for the cost to ship the product back to u. Write the Return Authorization Number on the shipping label. THIS IS REQUIRED or your shipment will be refused and returned to you.
