US & Canada orders typically arrive in 10-14 business days.
Items out of stock in Canada will ship from the US (Local taxes and duties may be imposed) - Check rates on checkout.

We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that are not in resellable condition.
Earrings can only be returned if they remain in fully sealed, tamper-proof packaging.

Returns: You have 30 days from purchase to return items for a refund (excluding shipping fees).
Exchanges: You have 60 days to exchange an item. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

You must provide a valid tracking number once you ship your return. We cannot process returns without one.
