Orders are processed promptly upon receipt of payment. Production timelines vary depending on the item, as certain pieces require additional preparation time. If you require delivery by a specific date, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm availability.

Shipping methods and rates may be selected at checkout based on your preference. All shipments include tracking, and tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Local pickup is available in Dalhousie NW, Calgary. Pickup arrangements will be scheduled once your order is ready.

Delivery & Order Accuracy

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, contact us promptly at ayaglamboutique@proton.me with clear photos of the damage. We will assist in opening a claim with the courier where applicable.

If an incorrect item was sent, please notify us with photo proof. Upon verification, we will cover the return shipping cost and send the correct item at no additional charge. Returned items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached and are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing store credit or exchange.

Regular Priced Items

Regular priced merchandise may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. Returned items must be unworn, unaltered, and in original condition with tags attached, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.

All online purchases are subject to a 10% restocking fee on approved returns, excluding items confirmed to be defective.

Sale ItemsAll sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive a defective item, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. All claims are subject to inspection and approval.

Made-to-Order & Pre-order

All made-to-order and pre-order products are final sale. No refunds or exchanges.

Full payment is required at the time of order.

Modifications are only accepted if production has not yet started and may incur additional charges.

Production timelines vary depending on the item. Please inquire before placing your order, as cancellations are not accepted once payment has been made.

Pre-order and sold-out items have an estimated turnaround time of approximately 2 weeks. Timelines may extend during the holiday season.
