All orders are processed and fulfilled within up to 72 business hours (Monday–Friday), excluding orders that contain pre-order items.

Shipping costs vary depending on the contents of your cart and your delivery destination. You can view the exact shipping cost at any time using the shipping calculator in your cart, before completing your purchase.

Once your order has been fulfilled, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package every step of the way.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & IMPORT FEES

Please note that import taxes, duties, and handling fees are not included in your purchase price.

For customers outside of the U.S and the European Union, these charges may apply upon delivery, depending on your country’s local regulations. This includes countries in the Schengen Area that are not part of the EU customs union (such as Norway and Switzerland).

Shipments to the United Kingdom may also be subject to local taxes, duties, and handling fees following Brexit.

PRE-ORDERS

Please note that shipping timelines for pre-order items are different from those of in-stock products.

Pre-order items are not shipped within our standard processing and delivery timeframes, as they are still in production or in transit to our warehouse. The estimated shipping timeline for each pre-order item is clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.

If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order may be shipped once the pre-order item becomes available.

Changed your mind? No problem at all.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your order for a refund, color exchange, product exchange or store credit.

• Returns and exchanges are quick, simple, and mostly automated.

• While it’s not required, we’d love to know why you’re returning your item—your feedback helps us improve and design better products

• Return shipping is covered by you (unless you opted for Return Guard at checkout)

• For customers located in the United States and European Union, return labels are available for approved returns.

• Items must be unused and in their original condition including all the tags and accessories that were provided.

• Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns sent after this timeframe may no longer be accepted.

As soon as your return reaches us and is processed by the returns department, we’ll process your refund, store credit, or exchange without delay.

If your item arrived damaged or was damaged within the first 30 days:

A Few Quick Notes

• Refunds and Exchanges are only available within the first 30 days of delivery

• Warranty doesn’t cover damage from misuse, accidents, or normal wear beyond the expected lifespan

• Each Laflore Paris bag is handcrafted and may feature slight variations in shape, texture, stitching, hardware placement, and other details. Minor differences between bags, website images, or natural material characteristics are not considered manufacturing defects and may not qualify for warranty, replacement, return, or exchange.

• Once a return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 30 days. Returns sent after this timeframe may no longer be accepted.

• All returns must be approved through our return portal before being sent back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

• Return & Warranty requests may take up to 7 business days to review and process, depending on the nature of the issue and the information provided.

• All Kickstarter related requests will be handled manually by our team, and any approved refunds will be processed via PayPal.
