Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Fulfillment and Shipping Origin

E-Comfort works with a network of international fulfillment partners and warehouses. Depending on the product and your location, your order may be shipped directly from one of our overseas partner warehouses. This model allows us to offer a wide catalog at competitive prices with free worldwide delivery.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time is 7–21 business days, with most orders arriving within 14–16 business days. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your destination, local customs processing, and postal carrier performance. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided for every order. You can track your parcel at any time on our “Track Your Order” page. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

E-Comfort is not responsible for these charges. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Delayed or Missing Orders

If you haven't received your order within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@e-comfort.store with your name and order number, and we will investigate with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers have limitations on shipping to P.O. Boxes. If your address falls under this category, we will contact you to find an alternative delivery method.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@e-comfort.store.
