Processing time: Our processing time for orders is 1-3 business days. This means that we will process your order and prepare it for shipment within this time frame.

Shipping rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the size of your order, as well as the shipping method you choose. Shipping rates will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery time: Delivery time will depend on the shipping method you have chosen and your location. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the United States, while expedited shipping can take 1-3 business days. International shipping can take anywhere from 1-4 weeks, depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

Tracking information: Once your order has shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track your package online. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.

Shipping restrictions: We do not currently ship to certain countries or regions. Please refer to our website for a list of countries we do not ship to.

Customs and duties: International orders may be subject to customs and duties fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these fees and recommend that you check with your local customs office for more information.

Shipping errors: In the event that your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. After tracking information has been sent, lost packages should be handled by the courier. Please contact them immediately to report any issues.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@purecutsupps.com . Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 807 Airport Access Road unit d, Traverse City Michigan 49686. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@purecutsupps.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any issues regarding the shipping should be submitted to the relevant courier (included delivery to the wrong address). PureCut LLC cannot be made responsible for any shipping issues not due to our error.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are also non-returnable. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@purecutsupps.com.
