Most non personalized orders ship same day or one business day after the order is placed. We ship via USPS or UPS. The price is based on the weight of your order. Orders are not shipped on Sunday or major US Holidays. Message us for our current turn around time for embroidered items.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

Currently we ship via USPS and UPS. We are not responsible for any items that go missing during transit or are misplaced upon delivery. Once your package leaves the shop, we are no longer responsible should it get lost. If you'd like a signature confirmation, shipping insurance or alternate expedited shipping methods, please email bottlesandbowsboutique@gmail.com at the time of your order or use the chat feature on our website.

*Please note that if your order contains Pre-Order items, your order will ship complete to the respective date listed in the product description. If you need an item sooner, we suggest placing two separate orders, so that you do not have to wait on the Pre-Order item.

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receiving the item, with the following exceptions: Items that have been used, worn, washed, dried or damaged in any way are NOT eligible for a refunds, store credit or an exchange. We are not responsible for shrinkage or damage that occurs during the washing or drying or wearing of the item. Such items, as well as items returned without the original tags attached, will be refused and returned to sender. We are not responsible for damage that occurs after the product has been used. Embroidery items, pacifiers, bottles, pajamas, hair bows, hooded towels, and all accessories are not eligible for a return. All sale items are FINAL - No exceptions. We do not hold on to unpaid monogram merchandise past 5 days. After 5 days of no payment, we will ship the item with no embroidery to you.

TO MAKE A RETURN: Please email us at bottlesandbowsboutique@gmail.com to receive a shipping label and further return instructions. You have 10 days, from the time the item is delivered, to mail the returned item back to us for store credit. Enclose a copy of the original sales receipt, order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email, and mark the items being returned.If you would like a different size and prefer not to place a new order for the size exchange, please indicate the item and size desired and we will ship that item/size, if available, once your return has been received and processed.

PRE-ORDERS

Pre-Order items are FINAL SALE. Orders containing Pre-Order items ship COMPLETE. Should you need part of the order sooner than the Pre-Order item is scheduled to arrive, please place two separate orders.

We do our very best to communicate all estimated ship dates provided from the manufacturer in the description of the product. We are not responsible for delays from the manufacturer.

All Halloween styles are final sale on October 1. All turkey and pumpkin styles are final sale on November 1. All Christmas styles are final sales on December 1. All Easter styles are final sale on March 1st or April 1st depending on the month the holiday falls in.
