ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be shipped. Expect an email letting you know your order is on the way! If your order contains a sold out patch, it will be shipped within 4-6 weeks of purchase.
SHIPPING: Orders are generally shipped using USPS or UPS. We do not ship outside of USA, Canada and Australia at this time.
SHIPPING RATES: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer $6 flat rate shipping to US customers with patch-only orders. We also offer free shipping for patch-only orders over $100.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES: All sales are final. Quest Patches does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds on any items for sale in our online store. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@questpatches.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
We carefully package and ship every order to help ensure it arrives safely. Once a package has been accepted by USPS, delivery is handled by the postal service and is outside of our control. As a result, we are unable to provide refunds or replacements for packages that are lost, delayed, delivered to the wrong address, or damaged during transit.
