Delays & Delivery Timeframes:Shipping timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside of our control.

Failed or Refused Shipments:If a shipment is refused, abandoned, or cannot be cleared through customs, it may be returned or destroyed by the carrier. In such cases, shipping costs are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply.

Product Restrictions:Certain products may be restricted or prohibited in some countries. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that ordered items comply with local import regulations before placing an order.

•Free shipping over $300 applies to Mainland US only. Shipments to Hawaii incur a $45 flat fee.
