All of our packages are packaged with love and care! Each package includes free stickers or promo items! We care about you and aim to ensure you get your order safely and in a timely manner.

I just placed my order. How long will it take until it is shipped?Estimated transit times are shown upon checkout. Most orders are processed and shipped out within 1-3 business days and transit time is usually 1-5 business days.Please allow 2-4 extra days processing time around holidays such as Black Friday and in December.

US shipping:We offer FREE shipping on all $75 orders within the contiguous US.We also offer various shipping options during checkout. Transit time within the United States is generally 1-5 business days depending on the shipping service you select. We use the following US shipping services:

International shipping:YES! We ship all over the world. We get international orders all the time and we highly value our international customers. International shipping can take 1-4 weeks depending on the shipment service you select.

We now offer 'Duties Paid' shipping for international customers through passport shipping! This option includes any customs / duties fees so there are no surprise customs fees! Please note if you do not select the 'duties paid' shipping option there may be customs / duties fees due upon receipt depending on your country.

Potential shipping delays:Shipping estimates are not guaranteed. Please note that shipping delays do happen on occasion and this is out of our control. If your shipment is delayed, please contact your shipping service (USPS, UPS, etc.,) with your tracking number. If you contact your shipping service and they cannot help you, please contact us and we will work with you to get it sorted out. We've got your back!

Shipping Protection / shipping insurance:We offer optional Shipping Protection / shipping insurance on all orders!

If you select this option in your shopping cart, this will protect you from your package going missing, lost or damaged! If you purchase package protection and something happens to your package, you will be eligible for a replacement. If your package tracking shows it was delivered and you do not select Shipping Protection, we are not responsible once your package has been shipped.Shipping Protection gives you an extra layer of security to guarantee that you receive your package. If you do have Shipping Protection and something happens to your package let us know and we will guide you through the shipping claims procedure to receive a new package. If your package value is over $100 and it shows it was delivered but you have not received it, you will have to file a police report to prevent fraud and mail theft. What is your return / exchange policy?Good news! We have a 30-day return policy

You have 30 days within receiving your order to send your item back for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Please note - all returns and exchanges must have original tags / packaging and be in new condition.

For exchanges or store credit within the US, we will give you a FREE return label!

Returns:

US Orders : We will provide a FREE US shipping label for Returns to Store Credit or for Exchanges.

For Refunds, the cost of the return shipping label is deducted from the refund amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders : We accept international returns for refunds or store credit. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide free return labels for international orders.

Exchanges:

US Orders : Exchanges are available for US orders. You can exchange for another product on our site. We will provide a free return label for your exchange and we will cover any shipping expenses.

If your requested items are out of stock , we will give you store credit or the option of another item.

International Orders : We do not offer exchanges for international orders outside of the US.

Additional Info:

Return or Exchange items must be placed in a shipping envelope or box. DO NOT apply tape or postage stickers directly to the product or we cannot accept it.

Items that were already exchanged or purchased with store credit are not eligible for additional exchanges / returns.

Each order comes with free stickers! If you're sending back a return or exchange, feel free to keep the stickers!

Any items that were purchased during a "Buy 2 Get One Free" [or similar promotion] will have their return or exchange value calculated at a discounted rate based on the discount of the order.

Returns and Exchanges take 5-14 days to process once received.

We only accept items that are in new condition with tags still intact and in the original packaging. If items have signs of usage (dirt, smells, animal hair, etc.), we will not accept them. We will dispose of any used items sent back to us and if you want us to send them back to you there will be an additional shipping fee. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 50% at our discretion depending on the condition of the returned item.

All returned items must be placed inside another box or shipping bag. Do not apply shipping labels or stickers directly to the item packaging or they will be refused.

Shoes:

If you are sending back shoes, the shoe box must be in new condition. You must place the shoe box into another box or shipping envelope. Do not apply tape or postage stickers directly to the shoe box, or we cannot accept it.

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

•Costume Items

•Masks or Health & Safety Items

•Undergarments, Underwear, Socks, Stockings & Lingerie

•Makeup / Cosmetics

•Piercing Jewelry

•Xmas / Holiday Items

•Mystery Items / Subscription Items

•Drinkware

•Anything that has been worn, dirty, or missing original packaging / tags

Can I exchange something for a different size?

Yep! As long as your item is eligible for exchange and is still in new condition with original packaging, we will exchange it for you no problem! We will cover the shipping within the US to send you a new package and we will provide a FREE return label within the US.

There's a mistake with my order—oops! What do I do?

No worries, we will make it right! If we make a mistake, we will cover any return shipping costs and send you the correct item. Please note - any order mistakes must be reported within 5 days of receiving your order. Click here for help with order mistakes or damaged items.
