All items will be shipped Ground via UPS or USPS. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard delivery after order processing.

Expedited shippingPlease contact storesales@franklloydwright.org or (602) 800-5444 for a shipping quote. Expedited shipping is not available without prior contact and a paid quote.

Store pickupWe offer in-store pickup at the Frank Lloyd Wright Store at Taliesin West. Please select the " Pickup in store " option at checkout. You will be notified by email when your order is ready for pickup.

Please note that in-store pickup is not available for Special Order items. These items will ship directly to your home.

We will hold your order in the store for 14 days. If your order is not picked up within 14 days, it will be canceled and refunded back to your original method of payment. This does not apply to Special Order items.

Lost or stolen packagesWe will assist in filing a claim with the shipper if the package has been lost in transit. Packages that have delivery confirmation with photo evidence will not be refunded.

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or packing slip.

Damages and issuesPlease inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. No returns, exchanges, or refunds can be processed without photos clearly showing damage.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like Special Order items (these items are noted on the product listing). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ExchangesThe fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
