Fresh first

Your coffee is roasted to order in Lancaster, PA. The roast date is printed on the bag. That is not an accident, it is a receipt.

When orders ship

Our team works Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern. Orders placed before 5pm Eastern are processed the same day and ship within two business days. Orders placed after 5pm on Friday or over the weekend get processed when we are back on Monday.

The moment your order ships, you get an email with tracking so you can follow it from our roastery to your door.

Rates and free shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on what you ordered and where it is going. Orders over $55 ship free.

Delays and lost packages

Seasonal weather, big promotions, and public holidays can add time to handling and delivery, so allow a little extra in those windows. If tracking has clearly stalled or a package is lost, contact us and we will reship or refund per our refund policy. You will never be left to fight a carrier alone.

Wrong address

If you catch an address mistake, email us as fast as you can and we will try to fix it before the label prints. If a package comes back to us as undeliverable, contact us and we will work out the fix together.

If something is wrong, we make it right.

That is the whole policy. Everything below is just how it works in practice.

Coffee and tea

Coffee is roasted fresh to order and it is perishable, so we will not ask you to mail it back.

Wrong or damaged order: contact us with your order number (a photo helps for damage). We will replace it or refund it, your choice.

You do not love it: tell us. We will help you find a roast closer to your taste, swap it, or refund it. An honest "this was not for me" is a completely valid reason.

Lost in transit: if tracking stalls or the package never lands, contact us and we will reship or refund. You should not have to fight a carrier. That is our job.

Everything else we sell

If brew gear, merch, or anything else arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you. For anything else, email us first and we will figure out the right fix together.

Subscriptions

You can manage your subscription anytime from your account on this site. If a renewal slips past you or a subscription order goes sideways, contact us and we will sort it out. Everything in the coffee section above applies to subscription orders too.

How this works

We handle these person to person. There is no form, no restocking fine print, and no countdown clock in this policy, because a real person reads your email and fixes the problem. Refunds go back to your original payment method; how fast it posts depends on your bank, and if it seems slow, tell us and we will chase it.
