Where is my order?

•In the e-mail with the order confirmation you will find a Track and Trace number. With the Track andTrace link in the e-mail you can follow the status of your order.

•We ship Europe wide offsetting CO2. Orders are delivered within 4-9 working days on average.

•Should your parcel unexpectedly not arrive within the regular delivery time, please contact us in good time. We can only initiate an enquiry with the postal service within 2 weeks of the original delivery date.

•We cannot guarantee delivery times; they are indicative and for information purposes only.

How will my order be shipped?

•With great care and attention, and most importantly: in a CO2-neutral way.

•Our orders are sent in a recycled bag.

•We ship with DHL or local couriers.

What can you expect?

•Your package is intact, dry and sealed.

•Your package should be complete and correct according to your order.

The parcel has not arrived in good condition, what should I do?

•Make a video of the package as you open it. Make sure you show the state of all the contents.

•Send the video to support@mensbestbasics.com with an overview of the problem.

•Make sure you follow the above steps within 1-3 days of receiving the package.

•Our customer service team will be happy to help you with your query.

RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All our products have a 30-day return and exchange period, except for items marked Final Sale. All items must be unworn (except for fitting), unwashed, unaltered and returned in their original packaging.
