Return fee & exchange:

- The return fee is 5 EUR .

- If you want to exchange for another size, choose “Too small” or “Too large” in the portal and select your new option.

- Want your new size faster? Let us know once you’ve posted the parcel, and we’ll help speed things up!

- Exchanges for size is free of charge .

Prepare & send:

- Make sure items are unused, clean and with all tags attached .

- Used or damaged items can’t be refunded in full.

- A return label will be generated – print it, attach it to the parcel and drop it off at your local Australia Post service point.

- Keep your receipt as proof of postage.

Processing time:

-Returns are normally processed within up to 3 weeks .

- You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund or exchange has been completed.
