Kettlepot Soap ships via USPS within the United States. We do not charge a handling fee; shipping rates reflect the rates offered by the shipper.

If we are able to ship your order for less money within the same time frame, we will refund any difference of about $2 or more.

If you would prefer to have your items shipped via a slower, less expensive option, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. All orders weighing 16 oz (1 lb) or more must be shipped via Priority Mail. First Class packages must weigh less than 1 lb.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds In the very rare case where a refund is due, for example, a shipping overcharge of more than $2, the refund will be applied via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at kpsoap@earthlink.net.
