USPS - The United States Postal Service (USPS) does not "Guaranteed Delivery". USPS delivers most packages on time however there is not any implied guarantee. Smaller metropolitan areas may take an extra day to deliver based on the displayed delivery times.

USPS / UPS / FedEx Errors. There are times where USPS and UPS make errors on their part. In these cases, we cannot be responsible for delays caused by their circumstances. Often this can be weather related, or volume related but, in most cases, you will have a tracking number from either delivery service so that you may track your order.

Technical Errors or Address Errors: Our Sunshine Boutique cannot perform same day shipping if there is a technical error in your order due to software or network issues or if an address has been entered incorrectly. In these cases, Our Sunshine Boutique will contact you to get the correct information and send out your order immediately.

On Sundays, there is no shipping as USPS and UPS do not operate however, your order is still printed, filled, and completed for Monday morning pickup and shipping.

The city you live in can affect shipping times. Major cities have the fastest delivery times and because we are in Los Angeles, major cities close to Los Angeles can have even faster delivery times (sometimes 1 day). Smaller cities outside of major ones can take a 1 (one) extra day because USPS and UPS consider that to be an extra leg.

Shipping Days are Monday - Saturday. Sunday is NOT Included When Calculating Expected Delivery.

We have no control over the service levels provided by them. We pick, pack and ship your order as fast as possible and deliver your package to one of the shippers based on your preference. These are large independent shipping companies whose service is independent of our ability to control. We assume no responsibility for these company's service levels or delays.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@oursunshineboutique.com . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at sales@oursunshineboutique.com .

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
