Shipping Shipping Policy Orders made on CheapRV.com are usually shipped the same day as purchased or within one business day. (The last time to ship is 4 p.m. EST) We offer flat rate shipping starting at $9.95 for the lower 48 states (including District of Columbia). For orders going to Hawaii and Alaska, please contact us for shipping costs. For international orders, please contact us for shipping costs. Once your order has been shipped, you will get an email or text message with your tracking number. Only business days count toward the promised delivery time (Monday-Friday). We use UPS, USPS, and FedEx Ground/Air shipping services to make sure that your package gets to you quickly and safely. We'll ship to the address the customer gives us when they check out. We do not ship to PO Boxes. We do not take orders in advance. If we can't fill an order for any reason, we'll cancel it and give you your money back. Refund policy Return and Refund Policy CheapRV will accept returns for up to 30 days after shipping. When you return something that hasn't been used and is still in its original packaging, you won't have to pay a restocking fee. The customer must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending items back. Please email us to request an RMA at  deals@cheaprv.com . The RMA and return instructions will be sent out up to three (3) business days after the request. You can't get your money back for shipping costs. Even for items that were shipped for free. The cost of shipping will be taken out of the refund. The cost of return labels that have already been paid for will be taken out of the refund. Products that are being returned must be brand new and show no signs of use. They must also be in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, and labels still attached. If a package is returned without the original packaging or if it is not sealed, a processing fee of up to 20% will be added to the return. All returns are checked before they are processed. After your return has been delivered, the inspection period can last up to seven (7) business days.
