We ship every Monday, via Canada Post. Once your order has been shipped we will email you a tracking number. Shipping times vary from 3 to 5 business days within Canada. Please allow appropriate time for your package to arrive before contacting us.

All orders over $100 within Canada receive complimentary shipping. A flat rate of $12 will be applied for all orders under $100 within Canada. For US orders, a flat rate of $15 will be applied. If you wish to order from outside of North America, please send us an email: shopcoldpizza@gmail.com

If you are ordering from outside Canada please note that you are responsible for any additional fees that may occur such as duties or international taxes.

Refunds and returns are handled on a case by case basis, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order if you like to return an item. Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the item, and we can only refund the cost of the item returned, not the original shipping cost. Once the item is received we will refund the purchase price as long as the item is still in a resellable condition and hasn't been washed or worn.
