Shipping Information

We ship worldwide! The best way to accurately calculate the cost to your address is to check the rates in the checkout process.

Free shipping is for orders over $250, within the USA only. We generally ship with the best ground option available.

All orders that are shipped outside the USA will be charged shipping, and will have taxes/VAT/duties that will have to be paid to the shipping service prior to receiving the saddle.

If you choose to refuse the saddle due to these fees, you are able to do so, but we reserve the right to deduct the shipping cost from the refund once it arrives. The refund will only be issued once the products arrive at our warehouse after inspection, no exceptions. We do not issue refunds for any expedited shipping costs selected by the customer due to having a free option (US only).

We're open Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 4:30pm . We are closed on weekends, so any orders placed after hours will be processed the following business day. We are also closed for all major holidays.

We know you want to get to riding comfortably as quickly as possible, so we do our best to get all orders shipped out the same business day.

Depending on the volume of orders, there may be a 1-3 day lead time needed for processing . We fulfill all saddle orders in the order they were placed, and we apologize if this is inconvenient in any way.

Our shipping cutoff for same day shipping is 11:30 am MST. If an order is placed after 11:30 am MST, it will ship the next business day.

Please note that UPS, FedEx, and other carriers that provide expedited shipping only count business days in their rates (Monday-Friday). Saturday and Sunday are not included in their projected delivery dates. If UPS 2 Day shipping is selected on a Thursday, it will not arrive until the second business day, which would be the following Monday. USPS generally delivers through the weekend if it is needed sooner.

Orders placed and/or processed on Holidays may be delayed an additional day if the carriers do not pick up the shipments due to being closed.

Return: We offer a 30 day comfort guarantee on all undamaged saddles purchased directly from BiSaddle, both in the USA and worldwide.* We recommend riding your BiSaddle for a minimum 5-7 rides before considering exchanging it. It can take time to adjust BiSaddle to your body type and riding style. We offer exchanges or store credit with free shipping & handling. Switching out our Saddle Surfaces/Padding can make a huge difference in comfort. Any returns will be charged shipping and handling, and must be clean and undamaged . Damaged saddles will not receive a refund. We Do Not offer refunds after 30 days from date of purchase. Your 30 days begins on the date of purchase.

Please note that discounts applied to the initial order do not carry over or apply to exchanges.

Refund: If your saddle is returned undamaged and postmarked as shipped to us within 30 days of your purchase date, then we will refund the entire amount of your purchase minus shipping cost. Your refund will be made to the method of payment used to make your purchase.

Warranty: We offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty does not cover wear and tear and is only available to the original purchaser.
