Please note that production timelines may vary depending on the type of product ordered:

For designs that require an artist-made preview, production begins after the design preview has been approved by the customer.

For products where the preview is selected before checkout, production begins immediately after the order is placed.

Production time refers to the period between the start of production and when your item is ready to ship.

Since our necklaces are meticulously handcrafted, we prioritize quality over quantity. Please allow 15–20 days in total (about 2–3 weeks) for crafting and delivery.

Production: 5-9 days

Packaging: 1 day

Shipping: 5-10 days

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds for change of mind or because you do not like the products. Products are customized at the customer's request and are non-refundable.If the goods are received damaged or broken. We will arrange to send a replacement product with expedited shipping. We only ask that you share a picture of the damaged product so that we can share it with our service provider.

Since these are handcrafted products defined by hand, the shapes and texts may have minor imperfections. This feature is not considered by us as a production defect so it is not subject to reimbursement in this specific instance.

What if my product arrives damaged, or there is a fault?

Whilst we hope this never happens, if you do receive damaged goods, or have a manufacturing fault occur, please contact us immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible. We can only take over complaints submitted within 30 days after the customer receives the product.
